Ingredients: Ginger, cinnamon sticks, fennel seeds, orange peels, dandelion root, peppermint, chamomile.
Suggested Use: 1 tsp to 1 tablespoon depending on how strong you like your tea. Light boil on low 10 min, turn off the stove steep for another 10min. Strain and enjoy
