Epstein-Barr blend
I created this blend for anyone suffering chronic illness and autoimmune diseases.
Ingredients: Cat’s claw, nettle leaf, red clover, star anise, schisandra berry, calendula, Lemon balm, astragalus root, rosehips, elderflower, licorice root.
•Cats claw helps reduce EBV

•red clover cleanses the liver, lymphatic system, spleen of neurotoxins from EBV
•Star anise antiviral helps destroy EBV in the liver and thyroid.
•licorice root lowers EBV production and strengthens the adrenals and kidneys.
•Lemon Balm kills EBV
•schisandra berry antioxidants to protect the liver and assist with the EBV
•rosehips high vit c content , anti inflammatory, helps the liver fight viral loads.
•calendula helps the lymphatic system to purge out the toxins
•astragalus root-increases white blood cell count which is highly beneficial when we are lowering the viral load of EBV
•elderflower -high antiviral action which is highly needed for EBV
Suggested Use: 1 tsp per cup. On low for 20 min or after it starts to boil, turn off and let it sit 20 min . Strain and enjoy.
