Elderberry-, antiviral, antibacterial, antioxidant, anticatarrhal, anti-inflammatory, immune stimulant
Lemon balm- antiviral, kills viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens in the liver which overall boost your immune system.
Olive leaf- antiviral, antibacterial
Oregon grape root- Like goldenseal,the Oregon grape plant contains the same powerful alkaloid, berberine, making it an herbal antibiotic.
Chaga- Chaga is rich in Vitamins A, C, B, D, and E and minerals such as manganese, iron, calcium, zinc, and selenium. It also contains potent anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-fungal, anti-candida, and anti-parasite properties.
Chaga is many things but I wanted to high light why I added it to this blend.
Stevia leaf- natures sweetener in a form of a plant.
Suggested Use: 1 tsp per cup light boil for 20 minutes. Elderberry must be brewed for 20 min. The berries are raw and are harmful if not brewed properly.
My immune blend can be used to build immunity or if you are sick. If you are sick i recommend tea every 2 hours or 6 cups a day.
